With the hummingbird feeder activity, and mountain views (that during the rainy season may reveal a secret or too), you might just sit in the silence of their whirring. You might also make a new best friend; guests rave about their success hand feeding from this deck! We supply one hand feeder and plenty of Hummie Hootch and tips for success! You might also have a nostalgic childhood moment with our JUMBO size Connect Four.

While you enter through our Family Room, the open flow layout to the Living Room
will immediately have all eyes hypnotized by our enormous Nature Theater Window.
We can safely say that pictures cannot do our Living Room's enormous Nature Theater Window justice. Hundreds of guests have left notes and emails regarding how they sat spell-bound for hours watching nature's magical show, which is easy to do with our 3 large super-comfortable and elegant sofas.
We like to say, the views will make you lazy. Of course, we also have a pretty extensive game cupboard if the competitive mood strikes.
However, we realize that sometimes there's an important game on during your visit, or a snuggle movie night by the fireplace is on the itinerary, and we have you covered there too! Our Family Room has plenty of seats, La-Z-Boy recliners, an Insta-worthy Vermont Castings gas fireplace to set the ambiance, and big screen Samsung smart television.

We believe our foggy mountain views are best enjoyed with a caffeinated cup of something hot! We aim to please and have thoughtfully stocked appliances for the coffee and tea drinker in your group. Bring your milk, soy, oat, and with ONE touch of a button, you will have perfect cappuccino "milk" for your am chats!
While we think Fitch Mountain Lookout is most ideal for 6 adult guests, it can easily accommodate up to 8. With 3 inviting bedrooms that have 2 Queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 comfy velvet futon and a memory foam Queen size sofa-bed-pull out in the living room, there is plenty of space for everyone.

The pillow-top queen bed invites even the earliest of risers to stay tucked in for just one more minute, while two cozy barrel chairs lure any reader to curl up with their favorite book (or one from the lending library), the chatty conversationalist to host court, or to swivel around and just muse on the river view out the bay window. A corner desk and chair serve double duty to finish that last email, or glam up for a night out, all while keeping cool with its own air conditioning system (seasonal).This room boasts a massive walk-in closet (with a larger dresser) and built-in shelves that allows any fashionista to hang all their lovelies and coordinate their daily outfits. There is also a bonus vanity getting-ready area (with future elevation designs in the work).
This massive room has options for everyone. The charming wood cathedral ceilings create an airiness, while the lovely bay window beckons you to take a seat and absorb the river and forest views and seasonal sunrise fog. These views are so gorgeous, they truly rival the room's namesake's (the great master painter Duncanson) glorious landscapes, and might make it difficult for you to leave for your day's adventures!

This inviting suite channels Van Gogh with its newly update blue hues with pops of sunflower gold. It features an architecturally striking platform queen bed with the most delicious memory foam mattress, easily accessed by an adorable white wooden step stool. Careful, you may never want to leave this bed! Thoughtful, floating wall shelves provide the second sleeper with storage for reading glasses and phones, in addition to the deep drawer nightstand and dresser. The new remote controlled overhead ceiling fan is as much of an art piece, as it is the breeziest wind you never heard.

Both bathrooms are on the lower Spa level. The first bathroom has a shower only stall with a small lip and ample counter space. The second bathroom is a step-in shower-bathtub combination with dual shower heads that can be positioned lower for the kiddos or at opposing ends. This bathroom has a high spa-deck facing window with forest views - if you are over 5'8" :).
