Reservations for this rate must be made within 14 days of arrival. WINTER RATES 20% discount. Applies Dec - Mar. Holiday and event weekends excluded. TIMEFRAMES • A weekend is defined as Friday arrival, Sunday departure. • Arrival time is after 4h00 pm on the day of arrival. • Departure time is no later than noon on the day of departure. • If leaving later than noon is important to you, let us know before you arrive. We’ll try to accommodate you. RESERVATION POLICY • For arrivals within 4 months, full amount is due at time of booking. • For arrivals beyond 4 months, 25% is due at time of booking, 75% is due 60 days before arrival. CANCELATION POLICY $75 cancellation fee at any time. Cancellations within the 60-day period prior to arrival forfeit the entire stay. Any received funds (minus cancellation fee) will be refunded in the event that the property can be rebooked for the same time period. There are no refunds for early departures. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit check for $500 is required. When we receive this check, we do not cash it. If the property is in good condition after you leave, we destroy the security deposit check. Otherwise, we will cash the check, and some or all of the funds will be used for extraordinary cleaning and/or damage repair. Any unused funds will be returned to you. METHOD OF PAYMENT • Credit card or PayPal. ONSITE POLICIES • No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Fitch Mountain is an extremely high risk area for forest fires. • Do not park on our neighbor's property. There is parking for 4 small cars or 3 large cars. There is no street parking near the house. • Do not use the hot tub or the decks after 10pm. • No pets.
